The Plastic Injection Division focuses on high-performance engineering plastic injection molding, manufacturing optical and structural components in a cleanroom environment to ensure products meet strict quality and cleanliness requirements. Raw Material Preparation

Ensure plastic pellets are dry and clean to prevent moisture or impurities from affecting molding quality.

Mold Installation & Setup

Secure the mold onto the injection molding machine and adjust temperature and pressure parameters.

check Set injection machine temperature and pressure
check Confirm the mold cooling system is functioning properly

Core Process

Injection Molding

Molten plastic is injected into the mold to form precision optical or structural components.

check Pressure holding and cooling for shape retention

Demolding & Initial Inspection

After cooling, parts are demolded automatically or manually, followed by a preliminary visual inspection.

Precision Inspection

Optical and dimensional inspection equipment is used to ensure compliance with international standards.

Appearance Products

Projector and laser TV products, maximum size 550*350mm, high-gloss appearance requiring no coating, with parting line height difference controlled within 0.01mm.
